Power Architecture(tm) — Developer Conference '07 — Austin, Texas - September 24-25, 2007

ANOTHER MARS ADVENTURE FOR POWER ARCHITECTURE™ TECHNOLOGY

Power Architecture processors once again are playing a leading role in NASA's Mars missions. The Phoenix Mars Lander, which blasted off Saturday, August 4, will explore the frozen surface of the red planet with Power Architecture processors handling the navigational and drive key systems both en route to and on the surface of Mars.

This exciting continuation of Power Architecture technology use is what prompted us to invite Jim Bell, a leading scientist for Mars Exploration Rover Spirit and Opportunity Panoramic Camera imaging systems, to act as the closing keynote of the Power Architecture Developer Conference. The Pancam color imaging system on the NASA Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit and Opportunity provided the awe-inspiring pictures that led NASA to believe in the possible existence of life on Mars. The Phoenix Mars Lander is the next stage of that discovery.

Be there when Jim shares how he reaches for the stars every day - and return home inspired to take your designs further.
